Appointment Information

We offer a variety of services:

	Office visits - Usually by appointment; please call the office to schedule
	Physical exams - Routine, yearly exams, work or school exams, scheduled in advanced. Please call two to three months in advance if possible, as more time is allowed for these visits.
	Urgent appointments - If possible, please call the office to schedule an appointment with your physician or any available physician. If urgent, walk-ins to the office will be cared for as quickly as possible.
	Emergencies - For any potentially life threatening condition (e.g., chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.) please call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
